On February 1 & 2 2023, Martin returned to Toronto with two demo days at the Astrolab Studio which featured two informative learning sessions.

The first, Maximizing Fixture Programming, was taught by Martin Sr. Business Development Manager Brad Schiller. Stressing the importance of DMX protocol, Schiller led an in-depth session on achieving the most from Martin lighting fixture when programming on any console. Animotion, internal effects and fixture settings were skillfully explained and demonstrated by the veteran technician, programmer and author.

"We're real thrilled to bring the Martin roadshow back to Canada,"said Schiller. "It's been a couple of years with COVID. So yes, we're very happy to be back with our full complement and lots of new products." One of the products that Schiller was excited about is the recently launched MAC Aura XIP, which is equipped with outdoor design for festivals and events while still lightweight and quiet enough for theater, television and other events.

"[Our customers] are smart people but they rely on us to deliver the information that they need," said Harman Pro Canada Ontario Territory Sales Manager David Petican. "To show the products that they're considering, so that they can make a smart decision."

The second session was a hands-on tutorial on Martin P3 Fundamentals, which was taught by Martin Product Application Support Specialist Aaron Vengrow. With laptop computers at individual stations, attendees learned the basics, capabilities and options of Martin's video system controller.
