LightFair 2023 in NYC Puts Out Call for Speakers & Pavilion Tour Guides
LightFair 2023 will come alive at the Javits Center in New York City from May 21-25, 2023. Commercial and architectural lighting professionals from around the globe will gather to learn new skills, network and discover what's new. For it, organizers have now put out the call for speakers and tour guides.
"Bring your passion and knowledge to LightFair. Expand opportunities, ignite new ideas and help advance our industry. In the process, establish yourself as a thought leader and your credibility as an expert," LightFair says to prospective speakers.
The LightFair Conference, designed by an IES and IALD panel, will offer continuing education featuring immersive workshops, lectures, and seminars spanning a wide spectrum of topics. It is seeking engaged subject-matter experts, multidisciplinary professionals, designers, technology enthusiasts, architects, engineers, inventors, disruptors, scientists, researchers, urban planners, facility managers, community builders.

As well, LightFair is seeking pavilion tour guides to help attendees navigate the show floor. Those selected as a LightFair 2023 Pavilion Tour Guide will help attendees navigate one or more of our four pavilions: Design Pavilion, Outdoor Pavilion, Technology Pavilion, The Collective (an exclusive pavilion for exhibitors who are IALD LIRC and IES Sustaining Members). The benefits of being a tour guide include: a three-day conference and exhibit hall pass, pre- and post-show recognition of tour guides and the company you represent; online and offline marketing exposure before and during the show; and the chance to network and connect with leading brands, manufacturers, lighting community.
