FINAL WEEK for 2023 IES Illumination Awards Submissions
The IES Illumination Awards provide a unique opportunity for public recognition of professionalism, ingenuity, and originality in lighting design based upon the individual merit of each entry judged against specific criteria. This program is not a competition.

Submit your lighting design project to the 2022 Illumination Awards program via the Illumination Awards submissions webpage. Entries submitted between Feb 1 – 17 are $250 per entry. Submissions close on February 17, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
Deadline for 2023 Submissions is February 17, 2023

Eligibility & Entry Rules
Anyone may submit a project for an Illumination Award, including nonmembers and agents. (Eligibility excludes manufacturers, IES staff, and IES Board of Directors)
The installation must have been completed on or after January 1, 2021
Must be a permanent lighting design installation.
Different areas of the same project may be submitted as separate lighting or controls project entries. Each of these entries must have its own distinguishable title and additional entry fee. Each of these entries will be judged separately.
Entries should contain a project narrative (up to 300-words) and up to 10 images and an optional 1-minute of video
